Fortade Transport has taken shape after knowing that we must get the plant and equipment or product to the worksite in a safe and practable manner.

Our experienced drivers understand that moving your equipment safely and on time is of the utmost importance.

For Fortade Transport to achieve this, Fortade have a fleet of trucks and trailers to make this happen. Fortade work to the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator and have experienced heavy ridgid and combination drivers that drive our fleet of dedicated fleet of tippers / tipper and dog trailers / semi tipper / semi trailers, low loaders and deck widening trailers and bulk water carts. Fortade transport also have a dedicated pool of bogie ridgid & medium ridgid flat top trucks including ramps, triaxle tag float, prime movers, low loader and step deck trailers. Fortade are conversant and registered with the online oversize & overmass permits structure of the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) and can apply to move and coordinate that larger gear or heavier items that need specialist care.

Of importance is out tipper and dog trailer combinations to deliver quarry product. Fortade Transport can supply and deliver quarry products from local quarries and are a listed as a BORAL sub contractor.

Our fleet of table top trucks include a Hiab crane truck that can crane item off and on and with hydraulic ramps and can easily load items on and off.

All our transport work is covered by our Carters Insurance cover and makes Fortade Transport a great choice in moving your plant and equipment.

Fortade saw the necessity to incorporate a traffic control element to our business given that we could see our customers requiring safety for our workers and teams while operating near or on roads. Fortade Traffic expanded on this and created a separate company called East Coast Traffic Management Pty Ltd that is a sister company to Fortade and provides a personalised approach to traffic management. Our traffic control team can provide Traffic Management Plans (TMP) and Traffic Control Plans (TCP) from industry specific computer programs. These plans, once implemented, move the traffic and pedestrian traffic around in a safe, structured manner so that the flow is maintained while working near the road or road easement and can be undertaken with a minimal of fuss.

East Coast Traffic Control Pty Ltd also supplies fully trained and qualified Traffic Controllers and can implement traffic management plans with our fleet of vehicles, cones, bollards, barrier boards and hazard lamps and temporary road signage. East Coast Traffic Management Pty Ltd is N.S.W Roads and Maritime Service (RMS) registered and accredited and provide our traffic control services to local organisations, councils, state government agencies and companies.
